July 16 Mentorship Notes

We talked about identity, mission, simplicity and social media presence. How your product will be an extension of who you are and you will attract people with similar beliefs.

Sophie is interested in in merging make-up and skin care (possibly something similar to BB/CC cream) and providing support to users. Sophie is also really excited to work and learn with another entrepreneur her age!

Sophie expressed that she feels she has a solid background for her business and is clear about its purpose. She already has a personal site, where she plans on adding a tab for the products she plans on developing. She’s interested in creating her own lashes kit, which will consist of a set of lashes, a tray, and other lash applying tools in a box that is decorated. She hasn’t decided whether the boxes will be decorated with customized art or an already created design. She stated her decision will be based on affordability.
